Why the apps?
- I’m about to get really honest with you here, friend: I hate scheduled calls. Seeing a commitment at 2:00 pm makes me feel like I can’t do anything beforehand because I don’t want to be late or in a bad state of mind when it comes time for the call. So, just as I encourage my clients to do in their practice, I stepped out of my comfort zone and sought out a new way.
- Massage Therapists are busy. Oftentimes, day-to-day schedules vary and planning a call can feel challenging. So why not use something that gives us both flexibility and still gets you the support you're seeking?
- These free apps that allow us to send and receive messages throughout the day as it feels convenient. We don’t have to coordinate a time we’re both available or worry about time zones. It doesn’t matter if you’re an early bird or a night owl. You’ll never be interrupting me or messaging me at an inappropriate time. You don’t have to stop your life to receive help—I want it to blend effortlessly into your day!
How much support am I actually getting?
- Each day of Office Hours support averages to the equivalent of a 60–90 minute call, but this is totally individual based on your own communication preferences, needs and schedule.
Can I book more than one a la carte office hours session per month?
- Yes, absolutely! These sessions are first come, first serve. If there are multiple days available and you’d like more than one day of 1:1 support, you’re more than welcome to book multiple days at checkout. Or, if you’d like to feel out a day of support before booking additional sessions, you’re welcome to do so after the fact, too.
What’s the reasoning behind your pricing model?
- I take what I call an hourly-match approach to pricing by charging Massage Therapists their own hourly rate: One hour of your time for a day of access to me. Simply put, I believe this is the fairest pricing model for professionals all around the world because it creates equitability and access for different people to find support from different backgrounds.
- By charging each Massage Therapist their own hourly rate, it allows me to truly meet everyone where they’re at by taking their full humanity and unique situation into account, including:
- location
- client load
- lifestyle
- privilege & access to wealth
- where you are in your career

What if I don't want to be on video?
- Marco Polo is a video based app, however - you do not need to be camera ready. If you don't want to be on camera at all you can point it at something else and talk. Voxer is another option that is type & voice text only.
I feel like I'll be bothering you or interrupting your day sending all these messages.
- I love using these apps because we can both receive & send messages as it fits into our day. Please talk as much, or as little, as you want to. I'll listen & respond when I'm able to give you my full attention. Plus, I've dedicated days every month to offering you support. During these days you're my priority & not a nuisance at all.
I want to revisit our conversation later, can I do that?
- Absolutely! Both apps store our conversations until you delete them, so you can go back and review as many times as you want.
What if you or I sign off for the night and my question isn't answered?
- I'll do what I can, within the time we have, to make sure you aren't left with unanswered questions or concerns. If a quick response is needed the following day (and you didn't pay for that day), it's no problem.
I don't see any availability this month.
- There are limited spots available every month so that I have the bandwidth to give everyone my full attention. If there isn't availability, all spots are taken, and you can sign up for the next month.
I've never used these apps before.

Can I just schedule a call with you?
- Scheduled calls are not my jam. I'm at my best using these apps, and ask that we use them to work together. However, if you don't have access to these apps, please reach out so we can look at other options.
