March Workshop: Finding Sanctuary Within
Learn how your body responds to stress on a biological level, as we discuss the mental, physical, and emotional impacts stress has in your life. We will be practicing deep breathing exercises, and ending with a 20 minute guided meditation. If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, like you never have a break, or are interested in learning how to start handling stress in a healthy way, this class is the perfect place to start! Please dress comfortably, and come ready to relax.
