Hi, I’m Annette - your friendly neighborhood massage business mentor.

As a recovering people pleaser myself, I know how hard it can feel to say no. I’m not going to pretend that setting boundaries is easy. But I also know, as a business owner since 2013, that over-giving isn't sustainable

I hold space for Massage Therapists so they can say all their fears + struggles out loud to someone that gets it. I’ll step in as your setting boundaries support animal + together we’ll create a plan to work through them. Yes, baby steps count.

I’m not going to push you into a cookie cutter program. Or shout about making 6 figures. It’s all about helping you feel resourced - so you can accomplish what YOU want to accomplish. You tell me the goal, we figure it out together.

I received it for my work bringing massage therapists together and elevating industry standards.

Some questions I get a lot:

  • This usually is less about hustle + a lot more about not accidentally building a practice you resent. It’s pricing, boundaries, communication, limits, conflict resolution… all the “boring” stuff that we don’t want to think about + hope will just fall into place on its own. But as someone who tried this approach - It. Does. Not. Work. And you’ll have a helluva a hole to dig yourself out of.

  • I am a walking idea machine! OF COURSE I have ideas for you. I had 3 before you finished reading that last sentence!   • Crunch the numbers, take a deep breath + do the scary thing! The math is actually the easiest part. Where we get hung up is not feeling like the scum of the earth asking for more money. Most massage therapists worry their clients will vanish overnight, so we spend a lot of time talking through the “what ifs.” Because feeling prepared makes the whole thing way less terrifying.
