Take me to the community

For professional massage therapists who are ready to feel supported, inspired + understood in their business

No rah-rah “gurus”

No hyped-up promises

Just honest support from people who get it

1:1 work with me blends with community support to create space for questions, sharing struggles + celebrating triumphs.

Welcome to Bolstered.

community magic in 3..2..1

$19/month

No contracts, cancel anytime. Auto-billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.

So, you thought a career in Massage Therapy was going to be all amazing techniques + grateful clients…

But instead, you’re suddenly:

• juggling social media like a hamster on espresso

• decoding tax gobbledygook

• trying to hold boundaries with one eye twitching the entire time

Yeah. We get it.

Entrepreneurship really should come with a warning label. 😉

The business side of having your own massage practice can feel overwhelming.

This isn’t a free Facebook group.

It’s a *real* community that feels like having massage business besties.

It’s a soft place to land where we talk pricing, boundaries, clients… without judgment.

You might be brand new… or a seasoned pro, and you’re tired of doing this alone, right?
This group is for anyone who wants to feel a little more connected + a lot less isolated.

But if you’ve ever thought:

“Why didn’t anybody tell me this would feel so hard?”

“Why am I doing all the work AND the business stuff?”

You’re in the right place.

What you actually get (without the chaos):

  • Quick coaching videos (real talk, not boring lectures)

  • Email, scripts + Canva graphics library so you never write cringe copy again

  • A safe space to ask your silliest questions (seriously)

  • Monthly check-ins with yours truly

  • CE classes for creds *and confidence*

  • No hustle-culture-BS

  • No one-size-fits all cookie cutter download for “success”

We’re good vibes, straightforward advice + zero fluff

off large social media platforms

I want to spend less time on *rhymes with Feta* platforms these days. But I don’t want to lose the support + comradery that social media has to offer.

Bolstered is hosted on the Circle platform - this felt like a good choice for the collective mental health.

It’s structured like a beefed up, more organized FB group.

There’s an app for easy access + quick check ins - without the possibility of getting sucked into mindless scrolling.

dopamine without the doom

The vibe? Think of it like having hot chocolate with all your massage business besties - supportive, compassionate + full of energy.

We’re not into hustle culture. There’s no program to get through. Simply a place where you’ll be heard, where advice is shared openly, where space is held for you + you hold space for others.

yeah, I need this

What I bring to the table as your facilitator is a mix of big sister energy, a dash of playfulness + a whole lot of fairness. I’m here to help steer the ship, offer guidance + keep the space lighthearted but also grounded in real-world business wisdom.

If you love what I do on IG + have found yourself thinking, “I wish I could talk to Annette about this,” Bolstered is your VIP access to me.

enough talkie, let's do this!

The best part? This group will evolve to be member-led - that means it’s shaped by us + the amazing things everyone brings to the table. It’s not about me telling you what to do, it’s about us learning + growing together.

That means I’m going to be an absolute menace in seeking out your ideas + feedback. It would be a dream to have an inbox full of your brainstorming magic on how we’re going to support each other + the massage industry as a whole.

We’re going to evolve the community together.

We’re going to build a place that feels like home for massage therapists who want to thrive, feel supported + have a little fun along the way.

Come join us - the journey will be a whole lot better if you’re there.

I'm ready for less wtf moments
