What the scheduling audit includes:
  • a complete audit of your current scheduling process (your choice: delivered via Google doc or recorded Zoom video)​
  • suggestions for improvement
  • celebration for things you're doing really well​

You'll receive specific feedback based on YOUR practice, not standard suggestions. 

I want to see what your client sees: website, social media, confirmations, reminders, intake, policies.

Great question!

Often, our social media pages & websites are the first conversations we have with others. For some, they might be the only conversation you have before they show up for their appointment. 

When we can make this process smooth, clear, and accessible we reduce the likelihood of our boundaries being pushed, or needing to have a tough conversation. 

In short, I'm helping you cover your ass and prevent things that are harder to handle.

  • I'll book an appointment from the platform of your choice (website, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • I'll go through the whole process, from booking to "showing up" for the appointment.
  • I'll be taking notes on
    1. how easy it was to find information
    2. how clear instructions were
    3. if I felt like I knew what to expect
    4. what felt easy
    5. what felt confusing or difficult

*You do NOT need to have online scheduling to participate. If you prefer clients call/text/email to schedule...that is what I will do, too.

  2. you'll receive a Google doc to fill out. This is where you'll be sharing current struggles, preferences, things you want me to pay close attention to, etc. If you don't want to share via Google doc other options are available.
  3. if you require a deposit or credit card to book an appointment, you'll need to create a coupon code so I can bypass this step, or you can manually enter the appointment for me. 

Please allow 6 weeks for me to go through all of your information, make notes of suggestions, and deliver that feedback to you.
